Registering an Educational Partnership

When Registering an Educational Partnership please keep in mind the following criteria:

• Program Information: Topic, Title, and Start and End Date (including the approximate start and end date is necessary in order for the page to be displayed)
• Partner Information: Partner Type (at least one Higher Education and one P12 Partner) , Institution/School Name, Department Name, Website, Department Phone Number, and Primary Contact  
• Program Description: General Description (option of including links and/or documents)
• Program Evaluation: Outcomes and Evaluation (option of including links and/or documents)

After registering, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided. This email will include a link to enable editing or changing information on your Partnership Profile page.
