The Steering Committee is the driving force behind the P16 Consortium. The P16 Steering Committee is composed of P16 Consortium chairs, the Executive Director of WNY College Consortium & WNY College Connection, and the chairs from each of the three task force groups (Learning Standards-Common Core, Teacher Preparation and P-12 & Higher Education Partnerships).
The Steering Committee meetings provide the opportunity for task force chairs to connect, discuss and collaborate with their specific group goals and the work being done. In addition, the Steering Committee is responsible for planning, organizing and facilitating the assembly of the entire P16 Consortium.
