Students that enroll in Applied Engineering and Technology Classes at Lake Shore are able to get a head start towards a technical career while earning college credits through the Advanced Studies programs with Erie Community College.
Digital electronics is the foundation of all modern electroniic devices such as mobile phones, MP3 players, laptop computers, digital cameras and high-definition televisions. Students are introduced to the process of logic design, engineering standards and technical documentation found in many of the electronic circuits and devices that have become part of our everday lives. Computer simulation software is used to design and test digital curcuitry prior to the actual construction of circuits and devices in this class. **This course is available for College Accreditation with ECC for any sophomore, junior, or senior.
